Whether you are trying to lose weight, get in shape, eat better, launch a new business, improve your current job, improve relationships or any 1000s of things in your life, something has to change.
Paraphrasing Einstein: “you’re crazy if you think you can change by doing the same things.”
If you keep doing the same things, you will keep getting the same results. To see a different result, you must do something different. To lose weight, you must eat something different and be active in a different way. To learn a new skill, you must study and practice in ways you never have before.
But the biggest variable in seeing success in the change you seek is the commitment to daily steps. If you will take steps each day, consistently, you will see far greater success than random leaps you take on a whim. Working out for 8 hours a day once a month is not nearly as impactful as 20 minutes a day for 30 days.
Find a step you can take each day and commit to doing that for a week. Then commit the next week. Keep that commitment each week and you’ll wake up a year from now and notice incredible change.
