A brief interview with blogger Jon Acuff of Stuff Christians Like. Jon shares some great insights on the fact that his blog wasn’t an over night success. He actually spent lots of time (years) writing before the current blog. And it paid off. I also love Jon’s heart to use his platform for good. Through the readership of his blog he built 2 schools in Vietnam. If you like to be a part of that, click here. By the way, the interview gets cut short, so hopefully we’ll finish the full version soon.

Any thoughts on what Jon said?

And sorry Jon (He had no idea about the scarf and white belt!) Great time hanging though.

Totally agree. Jon’s extremely talented, but very humble about it. He also works hard. He didn’t just wake up and BAM, he was a good writer. No, he wrote a lot and then he wrote some more.

Good practical advice from Jon.
I think for a long time I just thought he was an overnight success, but in all honesty it shows how much he wrote and worked at what he was writing and saying..
Good interview Greg.

He was a great sport. I was laughing about it just the other day as I was grabbing a scarf!
