If you could sit down with one leader, who would it be and what would you ask him/her?
When is Thank You not enough?
If any of you have volunteers that work for you, your cause, church or organization, then you have come to face this question: When is thank you not enough? I have some amazing volunteers who have helped with World Causes, Free Chains and our newest project to be announced this week! They have given money, time, and their gifts. I have a friend that has helped design so much of what you see. I have another friend that helps with all our websites, dealing with problems to upgrades. I have another friend that printed my business cards.
To all of these people I want to say thank you. But sometimes it just doesn’t satisfy the level of thankfulness that I want to give them. How do you thank your volunteers? How to you show them the depth of your gratitude? Is thank you enough?
I’d love to get this one right
